Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of the Ryens website and services.

Last updated: June 2026 · This is a template. Have a lawyer review and adapt it before publishing.

By using this website or engaging Ryens for services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any way that breaks applicable law.

2. Services

Specific project work is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by both parties. Where those terms conflict with these, the signed agreement controls.

3. Intellectual property

Website content is owned by Ryens unless stated otherwise. For client work, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the relevant project agreement — typically full IP assignment on final payment.

4. Payment

Fees, schedules, and milestones for project work are defined in the applicable agreement. Late payment may pause work or incur charges as specified there.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for project work is limited as set out in the relevant agreement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Contact
